Our vision
Trusted foundations. Connected to what comes next.
Tecnologi.co proposes connecting official identity and notarial trust with new ways to access AI, services and opportunities. Building on what already exists, with people's authorization and only the information needed.
We envision more approachable notaries: a gateway for people to access services and participate in an AI-connected life and economy.
Proposed benefits, subject to pilot design and validation.
Infrastructure for people, built in Colombia, with potential for the world.
Not every interaction needs the same verification. We propose starting with the essentials and adding assurance only when the context and requirements justify it.
Confirm that a real person is present, without requesting full identity when it is unnecessary.
Add identity, citizenship or another attribute when needed, with an appropriate basis and authorization.
Include notarial involvement when the transaction requires it. Not for every interaction.
The vision is to avoid repeated full checks: share current proofs for an authorized purpose, with traceability, validity checks and revocation. People retain control over what they share.
We do not aim to replace official identity or own it. We propose an interoperable trust layer connecting people, notaries, public institutions and businesses, with data minimization and safeguards against surveillance and exclusion.
Made in Colombia, for the world
We are seeking partners and investment to develop and validate the pilot in Colombia.
The pilot must measure user experience, cost, time, fraud and reuse. Notarial incentives, willingness to pay and economic viability remain hypotheses to validate; a partner network alone does not establish a competitive advantage.
Potential connections with Colombia’s Registraduría and other institutions require agreements, authorizations, and technical and legal validation. They are not confirmed integrations.
