Made in Colombia, for the world

Trusted foundations. Connected to what comes next.

Tecnologi.co proposes connecting official identity and notarial trust with new ways to access AI, services and opportunities. Building on what already exists, with people's authorization and only the information needed.

Connect, not duplicate. Verify what is needed, not collect everything.

Discover our vision

We do not aim to create another data-collecting app or an identity to replace the one you already have. We propose integrating existing trust into everyday processes.

Physical presence Notarial backing Citizen consent Minimal proof

Trust, with you

A human vision. Different ways to be with you.

We explore how to bring that trust into everyday life: personal AI, a mobile pass or your identity document. People always come first.

AI as a right. Not a privilege.

We believe everyone should have access to AI that helps them understand, learn, defend their rights, and access essential services, without their resources, location, or lack of a personal device becoming a barrier.

A vision of universal access in development, centered on human dignity.

Personal AI, imagined to fit quietly into your life.

Personal AI and Mobile: exploratory concepts, not available products.

The opportunity

The internet needs to recognize real people again.

Generative AI, bots, impersonation and duplicate accounts are eroding a basic foundation of digital trust.

A physical root of trust More than paperwork. A connection to new opportunities.

We envision more approachable notaries: a gateway for people to access services and participate in an AI-connected life and economy.

Our proposed model

Different levels of trust. Only what is needed.

Identity remains with the citizen. Each organization receives only the confirmation needed for an authorized purpose.

  1. 01 Citizen

Consents to verification and retains control of their attributes.

  2. 02 Notary office

Provides human and institutional assurance when a transaction requires it, not in every interaction.

  3. 03 Government or business

Requests a specific proof, rather than the full personal record.

  4. 04 Tecnologi.co

Proposes coordinating independent trust sources, current proofs and authorization, without replacing official identity.

Proportionate trust

Human. Identity. Notarial assurance.

Not everything requires a notary, full identity or biometrics. Verification should match the context and requirements of each interaction.

We propose reusing authorized, current proofs, refreshing only what is needed and maintaining traceability, revocation and citizen control. An interoperable layer across institutions, not a new state identity or a basis for surveillance.

Layered credentials

Prove it. Share less.

Each attribute can be shared independently. A person shares a verifiable answer, rather than their entire identity.

Human

A real person is physically present.

Unique

The person does not hold another active credential.

Age and citizenship

The required attribute is confirmed.

Eligibility

The proof serves a specific purpose.

Consent

The citizen decides what to share and with whom.

Privacy and control

Tecnologi.co does not sell personal data.

The proposed model offers minimal proofs and confirmations, not unrestricted access to identity.

Minimal answers

“Yes, this is a human”, “yes, they are unique” or “yes, they are eligible”.

Explicit consent

Official identity is linked only with the citizen’s permission.

Biometrics kept within verification

The proof travels. Biometrics and the full personal record do not.

Human Benefits Network

Proposed benefits for real people.

For notary offices

Closer relationships with people and new services to explore in the AI era.

For institutions

Make services and assistance easier to access, requesting only the proofs needed.

For the network

An interoperable standard for confirming attributes while preserving privacy.

Proposed pilot

Potential connections with Colombia’s Registraduría and other institutions require agreements, authorizations, and technical and legal validation. They are not confirmed integrations.

Start small. Measure carefully.

An initial rollout in selected notary offices and cities would evaluate the citizen experience, cost per verification, security and interoperability.

  1. 1
    Define

Use cases, partners and consent rules.

  2. 2
    Implement

Stations and credentials in a controlled environment.

  3. 3
    Measure

Security, experience, cost and institutional value.

  4. 4
    Scale

Turn lessons learned into a national standard.

Validate first. Then scale.

The pilot must measure cost, time, fraud, experience and reuse. Notarial incentives and economic viability must be tested with real participants.

Privacy, consent and safeguards against surveillance and exclusion are design requirements, not claims of already deployed capabilities.

Vision

“Every Colombian should be able to prove: I am human, I am unique, and I share only the proof needed.”
